Introduction - What are Veracross and Axiom?
Veracross is Havergal’s School Information System (SIS) which allows the school to efficiently manage the information of all our stakeholders. It includes class portal websites used by faculty, students and parents to interact with students' academic data, but it also has other modules for other school data and functions. The Faculty Portal of Veracross looks like this:
Axiom is a website that focuses on School-wide data in Veracross, as opposed to just students' academic data. Specifically, it's a website used to query and maintain ALL the data in the Veracross database. The Axiom homepage for staff looks like this:
- Log into the Community Portal by entering your computer username and password at https://community.havergal.on.ca/:
- Once you're logged into the Community Portal you can select the appropriate yellow button, based on your role as either a faculty member or a non-teaching staff member:
- If you're a teacher, you will be taken to the Faculty Portal
- To enter Axiom, select the Faculty Queries link on the right side in the School Links section:
- If you're a non-teaching staff member, you will be taken directly into Axiom

- Teachers and non-teaching staff can log into Axiom directly on this page: https://accounts.veracross.com/hc/axiom/login
